As things really start to heat up in Scottsdale let’s take a look at how the real estate market faired in July 2015. New listings are down 3.3% from June with a total of 783 new listings vs. 810 in June. New contracts were down by 11.2% and closed sales were down by 3.7%. The median sale price is down from $377,000 in June to $399,000 in July.
