New listings are down 14.1% from April with a total of 924 new listings vs. 1,076 in April. New contracts were up by .7% but closed sales were down by 4%. The median sale price is up from $399,000 in April to $415,000 in April. During these up and down activity months it is more important than ever to consult a real estate professional that knows the Scottsdale market.
