New listings are down 11.8% from April with a total of 909 new listings vs. 1,031 in April. New contracts were down by 5.1% but closed sales were up slightly by 0.7%. The median sale price is down from $390,000 in April to $380,000 in April. During these up and down activity months it is more important than ever to consult a real estate professional that knows the Scottsdale market.
