There was a slight decline this month in the median of the home price of $375,000. This was only down 5.8 percent. However, the media sold price is up a whopping 11.9 percent from last June. This could be the result of fewer listings on the market. New listings are down 10.6 percent along with a decrease in new contracts which is at 14 percent for a total of 802 new transactions in June. The summer months tend to slow down, but we are still seeing great recovery progress from 2012. We anticipate a wonderful fall with all of the great activity we’ve seen this year so far.
