Although the median sold price in Paradise Valley, Arizona went down slightly (5.3% to $1,197,500) this is still an 8.4% improvement from August 2012. New listings and new contracts are up 16.7% and 21.2% respectively from July 2013, while closed sales took a dive to 30 closed sales as opposed to 49 in July 2013. The summer months tend to slow down, but we are still seeing great recovery progress from 2012 especially in the Paradise Valley luxury market. We anticipate a wonderful fall with all of the great activity we’ve seen this year so far.
